The race carries\u00a0ARS 22,000,000\u00a0to the winner and will serve as a key form indicator ahead of the\u00a0Gran Premio Latinoamericano (G1), set for October 18 at G\u00e1vea in Rio de Janeiro. Additionally, the event will conclude the\u00a0Campeonato Palermo de Oro Verde, a series that has raised the standard for long-distance turf racing, and will crown its champion in this edition.<\/p>\n

The 2025 renewal features\u00a0six confirmed starters, following the withdrawal of\u00a0The Gladiator\u2019s Hat (Hat Ninja), the only scratch from the original lineup. Among the leading contenders, attention focuses on\u00a0Crazy Talent (Equal Talent), coming off victories in the\u00a0Cl\u00e1sico Chacabuco (G2)\u00a0and\u00a0Cl\u00e1sico Comparaci\u00f3n (G2). The\u00a0Stud Aladino\u00a0runner will look to consolidate his dominance over the distance.<\/p>\n

He will face\u00a0Need You Tonight (Hat Ninja), a dirt specialist taking on the big switch to turf. Winner of the\u00a0Gran Premio Rep\u00fablica Argentina (G1)\u00a0and\u00a0Estrellas Classic (G1), the colt\u2019s ability to handle the surface and stretch from 2000 to 2400 meters represents one of the day\u2019s most intriguing questions.<\/p>\n
