“I had the opportunity to work closely with Scott while I was Vice President/General Manager at The Meadows, and I’m looking forward to Scott bringing his extensive racing and event experience to help lead our racing operations here at Penn National,” said Tony Frabbiele, vice president/general manager at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course.
