\n Snap Fitness already owns five gyms in Wiltshire, and Swindon is now earmarked to become\u00a0its next location.\n<\/p>\n
\n It comes after the company put out an advert looking for someone to launch the new gym.\n<\/p>\n
\n The advert, which includes an asking price of \u00a3500,000 to \u00a31 million, says the gym will be “exclusive” and in “high-demand territory”.\n<\/p>\n
\n “This is your chance to open a globally recognised Snap Fitness franchise in one of the UK\u2019s most promising untapped markets,” said a spokesperson for Snap Fitness.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Swindon has strong consumer demand for quality, round-the-clock fitness \u2014 and with no local Snap presence, you’ll hold exclusive rights to a lucrative and growing area.”\n<\/p>\n

\n The company asks only that the individual is an “investor, career-changer, or business minded fitness enthusiast.”\n<\/p>\n
\n At this stage, the location of this new Swindon gym, which will be open 24\/7,\u00a0has not been revealed.\n<\/p>\n
\n However, it has been described as a “prime location with natural footfall and great access for members” and “limited competition in the area.”\n<\/p>\n
