Less than three weeks after giving birth to her daughter<\/a>, Teddi<\/a>, the Southern Charm<\/a> cast member revealed she was easing back into a regular workout routine. Madison detailed her plan in a series of Instagram Stories after a fan asked when she would start her postpartum diet and exercise journey.<\/p>\n

Madison revealed she \u201ckinda started\u201d on Tuesday, July 15, as she went on a 1.4-mile walk.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m only 3 weeks postpartum, so right now it\u2019s just movement,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

Madison said she planned to take the brief walks about three times a week, slowly increasing the distance with each outing. She initially aimed for a 3-mile walk by week 4.<\/p>\n

\u201cWeeks 6-8? That\u2019s when the real grind starts,\u201d she continued. \u201cOnce I\u2019m healed and cleared (still pumping, still eating for two), we\u2019re working out and dialing in the diet like the crackhead gym rat I am (kidding. sorta). If you want to join the bounce-back crew, come on! We\u2019ll ease in, but when it\u2019s go-time, we\u2019re going VS Fashion Show 2026 hard.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison enjoyed another scenic walk later that day and shared a quick update on her fitness plans. She said she was aiming to hit 2.2 miles by the end of the week: \u201cDefinitely not more and fingers crossed, not less!\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

The South Carolina native\u00a0said she was using the Whoop fitness tracker throughout her renewed fitness kick. She highlighted the device\u2019s various functions, including its pedometer and sleep analysis feature.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd the best part? It tells you how hard to push the next day based on your recovery, so you\u2019re not overdoing it,\u201d she wrote about the wearable tech device.<\/p>\n

Madison then invited fans to hop on the fitness train, as she was trying to build a virtual \u201cclique\u201d for others who wanted to transform their bodies. Madison sent out the call in a July 16 Instagram Story in which she casually shared her at-home haircut.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlso, I just chopped my hair with wrapping paper scissors, because obviously I\u2019m about to get it done and needed to see if I like this length or not,\u201d she said on Instagram. \u201cAll right, not bad for kitchen scissors, you know what I mean?<\/p>\n

\u201cAnyways, more important: I know a lot of y\u2019all are ready to join the bounce-back,\u201d she continued, before clarifying the workout group wasn\u2019t just for new moms. \u201cYou could\u2019ve had a baby 40 years ago and still be involved in this. Or never had a baby. It doesn\u2019t matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison said she wanted the \u201cbounce-back\u201d group to have regular communication, but didn\u2019t know what platform to use. She asked her followers for suggestions and emphasized she didn\u2019t have much time before she started a more intense workout routine.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe only have a few weeks left\u2026 before we gotta crack down,\u201d she said. \u201cSo, help me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison and her husband, Brett Randle<\/a>, welcomed Teddi on June 29, weeks before Madison\u2019s expected due date. The former salon owner, who also has a 12-year-old son, Hudson<\/a>, from a previous marriage, said her daughter was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)<\/a> because it was the hospital\u2019s \u201cprotocol\u201d for premature babies.<\/p>\n

Madison reassured her followers that Teddi had been \u201cdoing great\u201d despite her early arrival. The baby girl was released from the hospital on July 13.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re finally home…all together,\u201d the Southern Charm mom wrote on Instagram<\/a>. \u201cAfter 2 weeks of back and forth to the NICU, today we brought our sweet Teddi girl home and I truly don\u2019t have the words (but I\u2019ll try). Watching Hudson hold his baby sister, seeing Brett step into this role with so much love, and just standing in my doorway with my arms full and my heart even fuller…this is it. This is the life I\u2019ve prayed for, dreamed of, and finally get to live.\u201d<\/p>\n
