{"id":118786,"date":"2025-09-06T14:48:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-06T14:48:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/118786\/"},"modified":"2025-09-06T14:48:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-06T14:48:07","slug":"hes-a-little-scared-man","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/118786\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018He\u2019s A Little Scared Man\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Floyd Mayweather and Mike Tyson just <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/boxing\/387056\/floyd-mayweather-vs-mike-tyson-fight-signed-for-spring-2026-yes-its-real\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">unexpectedly announced<\/a> a friendly exhibition match for spring 2026, but the two legendary boxers may actually have some bad blood heading into next year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">While eras and weight classes separated Mayweather and Tyson from actually fighting in the past, the two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/2015\/4\/30\/8521609\/mike-tyson-delusional-floyd-mayweather-is-scared-little-man-video\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">shared some drama back in 2015<\/a> leading up to Mayweather\u2019s long-awaited superfight with Manny Pacquiao. \u201cMoney\u201d was drawing comparisons to the great Muhammad Ali at that time and Tyson was ultimately asked to weigh in.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cIron Mike\u201d held nothing back in shutting down any comparison between Mayweather and Ali.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cHe\u2019s very delusional,\u201d said Tyson in his 2015 interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/iA24sDTpMuA?si=k55zjUOt3SINZ5xz\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Undisputed Champion Network<\/a> (shown above). \u201cIf he was anywhere near that realm of the great Ali, he\u2019d be able to take his kids to school.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201dHe can\u2019t take his kids to school by himself, and he\u2019s talking about he\u2019s great? Greatness is not guarding yourself from the people, greatness is being accepted by the people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cHe can\u2019t take his kids, alone, to school, by himself,\u201d added Tyson. \u201cHe\u2019s a little scared man. He\u2019s a very small, scared man.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Over 10 years removed from those comments and the two all-time boxing greats will duke it out inside of the ring.
