What\u2019s happening?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>A Barclays spokesperson said: \u2018Earlier today, some customers were unable to log into the Barclays Online Banking website or view their cards in the Barclays App, due to a temporary service disruption.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018This issue has been resolved.
