The team reiterated on their social media on Wednesday their commitment to continue racing the Grand Tour.<\/p>\n<p>Race organisers met with rider representatives before stage 11 to discuss rider safety, before then having to neutralise the finish with three kilometres to go due to the scale of the protests.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the interest of prioritizing the safety of our riders and the entire peloton, in light of the dangerous nature of some protests at (The Vuelta), Israel \u2013 Premier Tech has issued riders with team monogram-branded kit for the remainder of the race,\u201d the statement from the team \u2014 whose co-owner Sylvan Adams has referred to himself as the \u201cself-appointed Ambassador at large for the state of Israel\u201d \u2014 read.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team name remains Israel-Premier Tech but the monogram kit now aligns with the branding decisions we have previously adopted for our vehicles and casual clothing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">In the interest of prioritizing the safety of our riders and the entire peloton, in light of the dangerous nature of some protests at <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lavuelta?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">@lavuelta<\/a>, Israel \u2013 Premier Tech has issued riders with team monogram-branded kit for the remainder of the race. The team name remains Israel \u2013\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Dfw6FXegpM\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">pic.twitter.com\/Dfw6FXegpM<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Israel \u2013 Premier Tech (@IsraelPremTech) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/IsraelPremTech\/status\/1964290172213760257?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">September 6, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Friday\u2019s stage was also disrupted, as the breakaway group was forced to stop for around 30 seconds at the base of the Alto de l\u2019Angliru due to pro-Palestine activists.<\/p>\n<p>Q36.5 rider Tom Pidcock is among multiple riders in the race who have voiced concerns over rider safety due to the protests.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPutting us in danger isn\u2019t going to help your cause.
