Turkish outfit Eyupspor reportedly submit a loan offer for Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia.<\/p>\n

Eyupspor<\/a> have reportedly submitted an offer for Manchester United<\/a> defender Tyrell Malacia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old’s future remains the subject of much speculation, with Lausanne Sport<\/a> said to have emerged as contenders<\/a> to sign the Netherlands international after a proposed move to Elche<\/a> broke down.<\/p>\n

However, according to Stretty News<\/a>,\u00a0Eyupspor have made a move for the left-back, with the Istanbul outfit looking to secure his services on loan for the remainder of the campaign.<\/p>\n

The Turkish transfer window is open until the end of next week, and Malacia could potentially follow Andre Onana<\/a> to the Super Lig, with Trabzonspor said to be in talks over a loan move<\/a> for the Cameroon international.<\/p>\n

Eyupspor were champions of the second tier in Turkey in 2023-24, and they then finished sixth in the Super Lig last term, just one point off European qualification.<\/p>\n

Eyupspor ‘make loan offer’ for Malacia<\/p>\n

This season,\u00a0Eyupspor have picked up four points from their four matches in Turkey’s top flight, which has left them in 10th position in the table ahead of their return to action against Galatasaray next weekend.<\/p>\n

Malacia made the move to Man United from Feyenoord in the summer of 2022, and he had a strong first season at Old Trafford, featuring on 39 occasions in all competitions.<\/p>\n

However, a serious knee injury saw the Dutchman miss the entire 2023-24 campaign, and he made eight appearances in the first half of 2024-25 before leaving on loan for PSV Eindhoven.<\/p>\n

Malacia featured on 12 occasions for PSV in the second half of last term, but the Dutch outfit rejected the chance to sign him on a permanent basis, which led to his Old Trafford return.<\/p>\n

The defender is not in Ruben Amorim’s plans moving forward, though, and he is set to leave before the end of the Turkish transfer window, with\u00a0Eyupspor seemingly the favourites.<\/p>\n

Is Onana making the move to Trabzonspor?<\/p>\n

Onana is reportedly open to making the move to Trabzonspor, with the Turkish outfit said to have come to a verbal agreement with Man United over a loan deal for the goalkeeper.<\/p>\n

As a result, an exit for the Cameroon international could soon be confirmed, with the goalkeeper and Malacia potentially moving to Turkey’s top flight before the end of the transfer window.<\/p>\n
