Now undefeated in three starts,\u00a0Moon Frank\u00a0has inherited much from her dam,\u00a0Moon Sale\u00a0(Not for Sale), a remarkable stayer who captured the\u00a0La Mission (G2)\u00a0and\u00a0Chile (G3), hailing from the family that produced another standout over distance,\u00a0Derby winner and Horse of the Year Tapat\u00edo\u00a0(Candy Stripes).<\/p>\n

The comparison is no coincidence, as\u00a0Moon Frank\u00a0now faces the challenge of stepping up to\u00a02000 meters\u00a0in the\u00a0Gran Premio Selecci\u00f3n (G1), a race that could cement her as the top three-year-old of the season.
