The referee had no deciding factor in it but the game is a mess,\u201d Powell said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Captain\u2019s Challenge is an absolute disaster. I watched two games over the weekend and the game is a mess. It needs sorting out.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is a side issue.
