How does the star maintain her impressive physique? Here are some of her top habits for staying in shape.<\/p>\n<p>In a YouTube<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Bnfe6tKrauw\" target=\"_blank\"> video<\/a>, Olivia revealed that her diet is very healthy. \u201cI usually eat pretty clean,\u201d she explained. She eats healthy the majority of the time but believes in the power of a cheat meal. \u201cIt\u2019s important to treat yourself,\u201d she noted in the video, revealing that she indulged in pizza the night before.df44d9eab23ea271ddde7545ae2c09ec<\/p>\n<p>Olivia doesn\u2019t eat first thing in the morning. At 11:00 a.m., she eats breakfast (whole wheat sandwich thins with peanut butter and banana) along with a cup of hot water with lemon \u201cbecause it is really good for your metabolism.\u201d At 1:00 p.m., she nibbles on carrots and celery for a snack, followed by lunch at 3:00, a sandwich with Boar\u2019s Head Turkey and half an avocado. Sometimes, she skips a big dinner and instead eat a half-packet of oatmeal with bananas.<\/p>\n<p>After losing weight in 2018, Olivia revealed in a video that she used to overeat and skip exercise. \u201cMy number one way which is pretty obvious was that I was eating too much,\u201d she explained. Eating less\u2014she doesn\u2019t recommend counting calories\u2014was very helpful. She also stopped stress eating. She also makes smarter choices. For example, if you are going to eat toast, opt for a healthier toast or one with less calories.<\/p>\n<p>Olivia believes that 80 percent of staying in shape is eating right and the other 20 is exercise.\u201d If I go and workout the chances of eating something unhealthy is so much more slim,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Olivia doesn\u2019t spend much time working out, but she makes sure to move almost daily. A few of her go-to workouts? \u201cPilates, hikes, walks, and sprinting on the treadmill for 10 intervals or 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Olivia maintains that hydration is key.
