The new funding will help connect an additional 19,222 homes and businesses to its fiber internet network in Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Tennessee. This follows the company&#8217;s recent <a href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=4501985-1&amp;h=1953263752&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.brightspeed.com%2Fbrightspeed-news%2FBrightspeed_Wins_More_Than_222M_in_BEAD_Program_Funding.html&amp;a=announcement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">announcement<\/a> that it was awarded more than $222 million in BEAD grants to reach more than 73,000 locations in Arkansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin with its fiber network. The BEAD grants build on more than $261 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds already awarded to Brightspeed in Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina and Tennessee. Now part of <a href=\"https:\/\/cts.businesswire.com\/ct\/CT?id=smartlink&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Ffiber.t-mobile.com%2F&amp;esheet=54319736&amp;newsitemid=20250908999361&amp;lan=en-US&amp;anchor=T-Mobile+Fiber&amp;index=1&amp;md5=d79318516fcb3c2c0a0d87bee9b8dbd3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">T-Mobile Fiber<\/a>, Lumos&#8217; network will provide service to consumers and businesses via T-Mobile Fiber, in addition to large businesses and bulk MDU complexes, which will be under the Lumos brand.
