It\u2019s a common-sense approach that extends to her attitude towards <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/food\/a64890104\/how-alcohol-affects-weight-loss\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/food\/a64890104\/how-alcohol-affects-weight-loss\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"alcohol\" data-node-id=\"21.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">alcohol<\/a>, too. \u2018If I go out for dinner, I love a gin and tonic.
