Love Island’s Wil Anderson and Uma Jammeh are engaged!<\/p>\n

The reality star popped the question on a romantic holiday, just a year after appearing on the dating show in 2024.<\/p>\n

Uma announced the happy news on Instagram on Monday, sharing her dazzling diamond ring.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘We\u2019ve been sitting on a bad boy piece of information’, Uma wrote.<\/p>\n

Wil responded: ‘I liked it, so I put a ring on it’.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The newly-engaged couple moved in together in a London pad with panoramic views across the city shortly after their Love Island stint.<\/p>\n

During her time in the villa last summer, Uma was stolen by bombshell Reuben Collins at the recoupling – leaving Wil single and<\/a> therefore dumped.<\/p>\n

But a teary Uma was quick to declare to her fellow Islanders that she would be leaving with Wil, causing her friends to also burst into tears.<\/p>\n

This left fans confused because Wil kissed another girl just days earlier while in Casa Amor<\/a>, and cruelly told Uma he ‘wanted to do it’ when his antics were exposed.<\/p>\n

They felt that Uma would regret her decision to leave, and vowed Wil would be quick to leave her for someone else<\/a>\u00a0who is ‘more his type’.<\/p>\n

She has proven she made the right decision as the couple are still going strong, moving in together just weeks after leaving the villa together<\/p>\n

Uma <\/a>then revealed\u00a0why she dramatically quit alongside Wil despite his betrayal.<\/p>\n

Speaking after her decision to quit the show, Uma said: ‘I knew where my head and heart was at and it\u2019s with Wil so I wanted to be true to my feelings for him.’<\/p>\n

‘We can\u2019t wait to just do normal things on the outside, stay inside and have a takeaway and go on cute dates.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She said:\u00a0‘When Wil walked in I instantly felt a connection with him, he was all in for me which I really liked, and it was refreshing off the back of the Ayo situation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Once Wil took me to the other Villa for an overnight stay something clicked and I felt a special spark in that moment which made me realise he was the person for me.<\/p>\n
