\n BH Live Active Queen\u2019s Park in Bournemouth has upgraded its facilities with EGYM, a smart fitness hub and strength-based exercise circuit.\n<\/p>\n
\n The new EGYM circuit features automated strength machines that adapt to each user’s fitness level.\n<\/p>\n
\n It requires users to complete an EGYM Fitness Hub assessment, which measures strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and body composition.\n<\/p>\n
\n This data is used to generate a personal \u2018Bio Age\u2019 \u2013 a reflection of their overall fitness level.\n<\/p>\n
\n The system then automatically adjusts each piece of fitness equipment to the individual\u2019s settings, guiding them through every workout.\n<\/p>\n
\n Mary Cobbin, centre manager at BH Live Active Queen\u2019s Park, said: “We\u2019re really excited to bring this world class EGYM technology to BH Live Active, Queen\u2019s Park.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The innovative and premium fitness equipment is a game-changer for our visitors, making fitness more accessible, personalised and motivating.”\n<\/p>\n
\n EGYM at BH Live Active, Queen\u2019s Park is open to anyone aged 14 and over and is included in selected BH Live Active memberships.\n<\/p>\n
\n Non-members can also use it on a pay-as-you-go basis.\n<\/p>\n
