We\u2019ll have to wait and see what Canelo (63-3-2, 39 KOs) and Turki Alalshikh say about doing a rematch. Crawford isn\u2019t the shot-caller in this case. Turki and Canelo are. He may have other ideas for Terence against one of these fighters who compete in his Riyadh Season events:<\/p>\n

If I were Turki, I\u2019d give him the first three options on the above list and make it a take-it-or-leave-it offer. In other words, fight one of the top three or nothing.<\/p>\n
Was Crawford Really Stronger?<\/p>\n
\u201cI was stronger. I pushed harder, and that was just it,\u201d said Crawford. \u201cA lot of people put too much about me moving up in weight. Canelo is not a big guy. He\u2019s a smaller guy fighting in a bigger weight class. We\u2019re around the same size.\u201d<\/p>\n
Crawford is giving himself too much credit. His shots did NOT look as powerful as Canelo\u2019s. You could hear the difference in sound from the punches Canelo was landing compared to his. Crawford\u2019s power wasn\u2019t better than Canelo\u2019s nor that of the top fighters at 160 or 154.<\/p>\n
His shots weren\u2019t the reason he beat Canelo tonight. It was the movement, and the way he prevented Alvarez from landing. William Scull did the same thing as Crawford, using movement, and he came close to beating Alvarez on May 3.<\/p>\n
He lost 115-113 on one judge\u2019s scorecards, and that was arguably the score that matched the fight the most. I believe Scull hit harder than Crawford and threw better combinations.<\/p>\n
