LAS VEGAS \u2014 Is there anything Terence Crawford<\/a> can\u2019t do? Probably not.<\/p>\n

Is there anything he won\u2019t do? Yes.<\/p>\n

Crawford (42-0, 31 KOs) stepped up two weight classes to beat Canelo Alvarez (63-3-2, 39 KOs) by unanimous decision<\/a> on Saturday night at Allegiant Stadium and became a five-division champion and three-time undisputed champion with the career-defining win. <\/p>\n

During the immediate aftermath of the event, Crawford, who has held a WBA junior middleweight title since beating Israil Madrimov last year, said he won\u2019t be returning to the division, or consider facing the fresh new face of the weight class who many believe mirrors him.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, [I won\u2019t fight Jaron Ennis],\u201d said Crawford when asked whether he would consider the matchup. \u201cI ain’t going down to 154.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ennis reigned as a unified welterweight champion<\/a> after being a Crawford mandatory challenger and became a major participant during the buildup to Saturday’s super fight. He served as a sophisticated sparring partner for the Mexican star.<\/p>\n

Since a return to junior middleweight is out of the equation, would Crawford consider the unfathomable idea of moving up seven more pounds to make a run as a light heavyweight, and for a title in a sixth weight class? <\/p>\n

\u201cNaw, we ain’t going up that much,\u201d Crawford said with a laugh. <\/p>\n

What Crawford is considering, however, is a middleweight run, and even retirement. <\/p>\n

\u201cWho knows, I might go down to 160,\u201d said Crawford without shutting down the thought of calling it a career. \u201cI\u2019m going to sit down and talk with my team to see what\u2019s next.\u201d <\/p>\n

For now, Crawford can enjoy spoils of his landmark win as his 38th birthday approaches. <\/p>\n

\u201cFor sure, this is definitely a signature win,\u201d Crawford said. \u201cMoving up two weight classes, being the B side, fighting a guy that\u2019s been undefeated in the division, undisputed, going to take all of his titles, doing everything that I said I was going to do, of course this means a lot. I felt that everything was on the line.\u201d<\/p>\n
