As Todd Grimshaw<\/a> (Gareth Pierce<\/a>) falls further under his abusive grip on Coronation Street, more and more of Theo Silverton<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0(James Cartwright<\/a>) true nature comes to the surface.<\/p>\n

Although Todd gave Theo\u2019s early, unsettling behaviour a pass due to his traumatic experience with sick conversion therapy<\/a>, Theo has been slowly but surely getting worse as the two\u2019s relationship has progressed.<\/p>\n

Theo recently tried to manipulate Todd into severing all ties with his former boyfriend and current friend Billy Mayhew<\/a> (Daniel Brocklebank<\/a>), making it clear that Todd would have to choose<\/a> between his former and current partners.<\/p>\n

While Todd agreed, Theo spent the next day at a mediation session with ex-wife Danielle (Natalie Anderson) and her new boyfriend (and evil conversion therapy practitioner) Noah Hedley (Richard Winsor). Upon returning home and discovering Todd was at the pub with Billy, Theo began to down a bottle of brandy.<\/p>\n

When Todd returned home with a kebab for Theo\u2019s tea, he was quickly subjected to both verbal humiliation and a physical assault in a truly disturbing scene<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Though Todd threw<\/a> Theo out the next day after he refused to take any responsibility for his actions, when Theo reveals to Billy that he\u2019s planning to attend therapy.<\/p>\n

When the news gets back to Todd, he softens on Theo and, despite Theo neglecting to mention that he skipped his therapy session, invites him home<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As the two make a fresh start, excitedly moving into the Corner Shop flat, Todd is touched when George Shuttleworth<\/a> (Tony Maudsley<\/a>) turns up with some beers to toast his new home.<\/p>\n

As Todd invites George in for a drink, Theo makes absolutely no bones about the fact that he\u2019s unimpressed, scowling as George makes himself comfortable.<\/p>\n
