Fast rising heavyweight sensation Moses Itauma<\/a> must be carefully matched as he navigates his way to the top of world boxing.<\/p>\n

The 20-year knockout artist has been hugely impressive in his 13 fights so far, winning 11 of them inside the distance, and nine within the first two rounds.<\/p>\n

Itauma was quick to call out Oleksandr Usyk<\/a> after his last victory \u2013 another stoppage win over former world title challengers Dillian Whyte inside two minutes \u2013 but many believe there is no need to rush things to that extent.<\/p>\n

Instead, he is being linked with the likes of the well-ranked Filip Hrgovic for a return before the end of the year, though the suggestion is that Hrgovic doesn\u2019t want it. <\/a><\/p>\n

However, speaking to BoxNation<\/a>, former IBF heavyweight ruler Charles Martin made a plea to the young star.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, yeah, we got to get out of the States, I\u2019m trying to get over to the UK, know what I mean, like Moses Itauma he\u2019s a really good fighter man, he\u2019s a really good up and coming guy.<\/p>\n

I would love to get that fight, I want that fight, I need that fight. If you can hear me bro, I know you\u2019re a youngster but let\u2019s get it on, let\u2019s bang, let\u2019s do this sh*t.\u201d<\/p>\n

Martin is best known for being stopped in two rounds by Anthony Joshua<\/a> as the Brit picked up his first world title back in 2016.
