\n\tFor an awards<\/a> show hosted by clean comedian Nate Bargatze<\/a>, who avoids using foul language in his stand-up sets, the 2025 Emmys<\/a> featured a surprisingly high number of f-bombs.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe CBS telecast of Sunday night\u2019s awards ceremony<\/a> had its sound cut out multiple times for home viewers as a number of winners peppered their acceptance speeches with curse words.<\/p>\n

\n\tAt one point, Bargatze even joked, he was going to start a swear jar.<\/p>\n

\n\tSo what did those bleeped winners say? Read on to find out.<\/p>\n

\t\tHannah Einbinder\t<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Hacks star won best supporting actress in a comedy<\/a>, her first Emmy for her work in the fourth season of the Max series, and ended her speech with some pointed political remarks. While her \u201cfree Palestine\u201d cry<\/a> is getting attention<\/a>, prior to that she also declared \u201cFuck ICE,\u201d calling out the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency that\u2019s been particularly active during Donald Trump\u2019s second term, as the president has pushed for massive deportations of suspected illegal immigrants.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\tJohn Oliver\t<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Last Week Tonight host continued his Emmys winning streak<\/a>, nabbing his third consecutive trophy in the scripted variety series category after his HBO show was recategorized. When he took the stage to accept his award, Oliver spoke fast, seemingly in an attempt to get his full speech within the allotted time, after Bargatze had declared that long speeches would deduct money from a charitable donation to the Boys and Girls Club<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cFuck you, Nate Bargatze, that is a lot of money for you!\u201d Oliver said, as he neared the end of his remarks. \u201cAnd you can add a \u2018fuck\u2019 to the swear jar as well.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\tErin Doherty\t<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Adolescence actress, who won for best supporting actress in a limited series<\/a>, praised her award-winning colleagues Owen Cooper and Stephen Graham and her family members before thanking the Television Academy, saying to the awards organization, \u201cyou\u2019re all fucking stunning.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\t\tSeth Rogen\t<\/p>\n

\n\tRogen won multiple awards on Sunday night<\/a>, but it was when he won his final prize of best comedy series for The Studio that he colorfully expressed his regret for taking so much money away from Bargatze\u2019s donation (not to worry, the host announced at the end of the show that the organization would receive a $350,000 donation after all<\/a>).<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter sharing his gratitude for all of the love shown to The Studio, Rogen joked, \u201cIf anyone else wants to say something, we\u2019re already in debt.
