With 10 million customers in France, Orange becomes the first operator in Europe to pass this threshold in its domestic market, marking a major milestone in network modernization.<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to the French regulator, ARCEP\u2019s most recent report, User satisfaction with mobile and internet operators published on 3 April 2025, Orange ranks number one in subscriber satisfaction for the quality of its fiber network. It remains the most highly rated operator across all areas measured by the report, including three key aspects: the quality of the internet connection at home, the quality\/reliability of the box, and the quality of television service. Orange has held this position for five consecutive years.<\/p>\n
