Known for its role in DNA and cellular function, NAD+ declines with age.<\/p>\n<p>Riding longevity hype, brands are positioning it\u2014and precursors NR and NMN\u2014as solutions for energy, metabolism, brain health, and cardiovascular function. But without clear dosage guidelines, scientific consensus, or regulatory oversight, the market is flooded with underdosed and mislabeled products.<\/p>\n<p>Hot buy. The Vitamin Shoppe says NAD+ searches are up <a href=\"https:\/\/insider.fitt.co\/supplement-stacks-are-evolving\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">~500%<\/a> YoY, with longevity supplement sales growing 91% in Q1 \u2014 90% of which came from NAD+.<\/p>\n<p>Becoming a staple at wellness clinics, Equinox Hotels added in-room NAD+ supps and spa IVs, while beauty brands like Timebeam launched NAD+ skin patches, expanding beyond pills and drips.<\/p>\n<p>Punchline: Wellness consumers will do almost anything to fight aging.
