Emmerdale<\/a>\u2019s Gabby Thomas<\/a> (Rosie Bentham<\/a>) was riddled with guilt<\/a> as she confirmed to mum Bernice Blackstock (Samantha Giles) that she cheated on Vinny Dingle <\/a>(Bradley Johnson<\/a>) prior to their wedding.<\/p>\n Gabby and Vinny, as viewers know, tied the knot earlier this week <\/a>and were excited about the prospect of spending their lives together as they planned for the future. <\/p>\n But just one day into their marriage and a colossal secret has been exposed<\/a>, with Gabby confirming her infidelity. <\/p>\n Bernice, who arrived back in the village<\/a> earlier this week, knew that her daughter was keeping a big secret from her husband-to-be, though she failed to get Gabby to confess ahead of tying the knot. <\/p>\n It turns out that Gabby cheated on Vinny while staying with her mum in Portugal earlier this year. <\/p>\n \u2018It was one stupid drunken mistake\u2019, she told Bernice. \u2018I was stressed about the wedding. If he testifies against Mike then he\u2019ll stop anyone else from getting hurt and scammed. However, doing so will mean that Gabby would likely uncover the truth.<\/p>\n Just days into their marriage and Vinny and Gabby are both hiding big secrets. But which, if any, will blow first? And will it spell the end of their relationship? <\/p>\n Discussing how Gabby would react to Vinny\u2019s secret, star Rosie Bentham said: \u2018I think she would really struggle with having had all this time and preparation for the wedding, why he didn\u2019t feel he could speak to Gabby about it. It would obviously probably mean that the wedding doesn\u2019t go ahead so quickly.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\t \u2018It would throw a huge spanner in the works. But I think she would really feel for Vinny and feel for the struggle he\u2019s going through. Because they were friends before, I think she would want to support Vinny in the best way she can. <\/p>\n \u2018Obviously having to sacrifice her wedding dream, but she\u2019s\u00a0been there before<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 Nicky [Milligan (Lewis Cope<\/a>)] was gay.
