In an Instagram video posted on August 13, the surgeon discusses the synergistic health benefits of consuming chia seeds mixed with yogurt rather than water, explaining how the nutrients form a natural symbiotic cycle within the body, helping with <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/lifestyle\/health\/are-you-eating-nuts-and-seeds-wrong-nutritionist-reveals-the-right-way-to-eat-8-nuts-and-seeds-for-maximum-absorption-101756451144210.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"absorption\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">absorption<\/a>, while keeping you full for long durations.<\/p>\n<p>   Prebiotics and probiotics<\/p>\n<p>Yoghurt contains live bacterial cultures such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria.
