When it rains, it pours \u2013 and for the Slater family in EastEnders, it\u2019s getting down right torrential!<\/p>\n

Zoe Slater<\/a>\u2019s (Michelle Ryan<\/a>) re-emergence in Walford has had a similar effect to a nuclear bomb dropping on her family. When Alfie Moon<\/a> (Shane Ritchie<\/a>) decided to track her down, he had no idea of the carnage she\u2019d bring with her.<\/p>\n

After losing her<\/a> from Stacey Slater<\/a>\u2019s (Lacey Turner<\/a>) flat, he followed her to Barcelona, but returned empty handed, resulting in young Tommy Moon<\/a> (Sonny Kendall<\/a>) being the one to finally bring Zoe home<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With a whole twenty years of baggage to carry with her, Zoe is hardly the fun, care-free spirit she previously was and she\u2019s evidently incredibly damaged by the various traumas she\u2019s endured, with more continuing to pile up.<\/p>\n

With viewers now in the know<\/a> about Zoe\u2019s children, one of which she tragically lost and the other she left at the hospital to be adopted and her entanglement<\/a> with the ever-dramatic Max Branning<\/a> (Jake Wood<\/a>), they\u2019re fully aware of the chaos she is capable of wreaking.<\/p>\n

Reuniting with her mum after years of no contact, Zoe was shot<\/a> when Jack Branning<\/a> (Scott Maslen<\/a>) lost control of a gun in a scuffle with Ravi Gulati <\/a>(Aaron Thiara<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Zoe was convinced the culprit was Greg Dolan (Dean Williamson), a shady private investigator she\u2019d previously employed<\/a> to help find her son. <\/p>\n

Their arrangement came to a violent end when he tried to assault her, leading to her bashing his head with a lampshade. When she revealed to Stacey that she\u2019s was worrying she\u2019d killed him, Stacey determined to find out the truth.<\/p>\n

Finding Greg very much alive<\/a>, Stacey\u2019s intervention did little but bring Greg to their door, leading to a tense hostage situation in the Vic.<\/p>\n

Though Greg was eventually vanquished<\/a> due to a combined effort by the Slater girls, Tommy, Jack and Ravi (who handily planted the gun that shot Zoe on him), things are still tense in the Slater household, and next week, things won\u2019t get any easier<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With Zoe due to do battle with both Sharon Watts<\/a>\u00a0(Letitia Dean<\/a>) and Vicki Fowler<\/a>\u00a0(Alice Haig<\/a>) before dropping yet-another-bombshell, Mo Harris <\/a>(Laila Morse<\/a>) finds herself in the drama.<\/p>\n

An accident at the Albert results in her sacking. Just another one to add to the list of current Slater issues. In typical \u2018Enders fashion, though, the drama doesn\u2019t end there, when Stacey decides to leave <\/a>the Square.<\/p>\n

\u2018Cause that\u2019s bound to go smoothly, right?<\/p>\n
