Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim preferred to talk about Rasmus Hojlund\u2019s goal for Napoli after being asked about Marcus Rashford\u2019s double against Newcastle.<\/p>\n
The Red Devils allowed Rashford to leave and join Barcelona on loan for the rest of the season in the summer with the Catalan giants having an option to make a deal permanent next year.<\/p>\n
Man Utd<\/a> loaned Rashford out in the final six months of last season to Premier League rivals Aston Villa after he fell out of favour with Amorim.<\/p>\n The Man Utd head coach even claimed in January that he would rather play his goalkeeping coach over the England international after being critical of Rashford\u2019s professionalism.<\/p>\n Rashford has had a mixed start to life at Barcelona and there were even some \u201cbulls**t\u201d rumours<\/a> that they could terminate his loan early \u2013 but his stunning brace against Newcastle in the Champions League<\/a> showed what the Man Utd loanee can do.<\/p>\n But Amorim preferred to focus on Hojlund\u2019s debut goal for Napoli over Rashford\u2019s double at St James\u2019 Park.\u00a0When asked about Rashford\u2019s brace, Amorim replied: \u201cRasmus scored, I am happy for Rasmus also.<\/p>\n READ:\u00a0Three games to save Man Utd job? When you have that injury, you have that time where you recover a lot of things really fast, then there is the boring part, it looks like you don\u2019t go to the next step.<\/p>\n \u201cWe miss a lot Licha, especially in this moment, we miss his aggression in everything he does, we miss him, but he\u2019s always there in every meeting, in every training, he sometimes finishes his and stays to watch the training.
