Searching for something you’ve lost in your own home<\/a> can be a frustrating task often without pay off.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But it makes things all the more complicated when your belongings blend in with your home<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At least, that is what one Reddit<\/a> user discovered the hard way when they went searching for their lighter in the cushions of a chair.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Impressive-Morning-5<\/a> posted a photo of their floral chair on the thread FindTheSniper.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They asked viewers to help them locate their equally flower-y lighter that seemed to blend right in.<\/p>\n

The annoyingly identical patterns left people scratching their heads.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While the post was listed as an easy snipe, many people had trouble locating the lighter without a helpful hint or two.<\/p>\n

Can you beat the odds and find it in 30 seconds or less?<\/p>\n

Impressive-Morning-5 posted a photo of their floral chair and encouraged viewers to help them locate their equally flower-y lighter that seemed to blend right in<\/p>\n

If you had some trouble, consider the poster’s helpful tip: ‘Here’s a hint, look for the red tip!’<\/p>\n

Commenters noted that this particular illusion <\/a>was more challenging than they’d expected.\u00a0<\/p>\n

One person said: ‘I was so confused when I found it, didn’t even realize I was looking at it.’<\/p>\n

Another added: ‘Well that\u2019s a little bit wicked lol.’<\/p>\n

A third commented, simply: ‘Woah.’<\/p>\n

Or like many pros, were you able to find it immediately?<\/p>\n

One wrote: ‘Below the flower at lower left of the seat. Good camouflage<\/a>.’<\/p>\n

After finding the lighter, one commenter joked that it’s easy for a smoker to find a lighter anywhere<\/p>\n

Another said: ‘Good one. IMO you could\u2019ve hidden it better and hide the metal head. People always find them.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

A third commented: ‘Sniped 1st try! It’s easy for a smoker to spot a lighter anywhere.’<\/p>\n

Whether you’re a smoker or a lighter-finding newbie, it can be fun to tease your brain.<\/p>\n

What’s not so fun, is when it’s your lighter you’re searching for.<\/p>\n
