Crypto prediction platform Polymarket is preparing to re-enter the U.S. market after being blocked for several years due to regulatory issues.<\/p>\n

Bloomberg reported<\/a> that Polymarket\u2019s return will be enabled by its $112 million acquisition of QCX, a U.S.-licensed derivatives exchange and clearinghouse that holds the necessary Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) license to operate in the U.S.<\/p>\n

Polymarket had previously agreed in 2022 to block U.S. users as part of a CFTC settlement over unregistered binary options trading.\u00a0<\/p>\n
