Lam joins Ba&sh with extensive experience at leading global fashion houses. He has led sales teams at LVMH<\/a> and Chanel<\/a>, served as retail director for Dolce & Gabbana in the Asia-Pacific region, and held a leadership role at S.T. Dupont<\/a> from 2014 to 2016.<\/p>\n “His excellent knowledge of Asian markets, combined with his expertise in developing global brands and his ability to unite multicultural teams, will be invaluable assets in driving our growth ambitions across the Asia-Pacific region,” said co-CEO Dan Arrouas. “His career, built step by step from operational roles to the highest levels of responsibility, gives him a unique understanding of the realities of retail.”<\/p>\n Jimmy Lam has been tasked with strengthening Ba&sh\u2019s operations across the brand\u2019s key Asian markets. The company has stated its intention to deepen its local footprint, positioning the region as a significant growth driver in the years to come.<\/p>\n This appointment follows a period of transformation for Ba&sh. In January,\u00a0founders Sharon Krief, Barbara Boccara and Dan Arrouas, returned to the helm<\/a>\u00a0of the business.<\/p>\n In June, Ba&sh\u00a0appointed G\u00e9raldine Dubois as administrative and financial director<\/a>.\u00a0A few weeks earlier, Philippe Lardellier was named to lead the retail division<\/a>.<\/p>\n Ba&sh recorded a turnover of \u20ac300 million in its 2024 financial year, with 25% of revenue generated through digital channels. With nearly 1,400 employees, the brand is distributed via almost 320 points of sale in more than 70 countries.\n <\/p>\n
