International independent financial adviser Hoxton Wealth has appointed Katherine Rabaiotti as director of compliance and Jamie McNish as regional director for London.<\/p>\n

Rabaiotti joins Hoxton from Titan Wealth where she held the position of director of compliance, while McNish has moved over from St James\u2019s Place (SJP).<\/p>\n

Rabaiotti, who has also held positions at Fairstone and Quilter, said: \u201cI was drawn to Hoxton because it combines entrepreneurial energy with a strong sense of purpose.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was also attracted to the collaborative culture, where commercial growth and regulatory excellence are treated as complementary, not conflicting, priorities.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe group is expanding globally, yet it remains client-focused and committed to doing things the right way.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, that balance of ambition and integrity is very appealing. It felt like the right environment where I could both contribute my experience and continue to grow.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rabaiotti added that in her first year at the company she wants to \u201cget under the skin of the business\u201d in order to understand how each part operates, as well as build strong relationships and deliver \u201cquick wins that make a tangible difference\u201d.<\/p>\n

Her aim \u201cis to help Hoxton build a culture and framework that supports growth but never loses sight of clients\u2019 best interests\u201d.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year Hoxton Wealth<\/a> opened its new London office.<\/p>\n

McNish said: \u201cHaving spent the last decade leading SJP businesses in London, the opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing firm with clear goals and aspirations was too good to pass up.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I met Chris Ball (CEO) and Jonathan Jay (UK MD), I was struck by their passion \u2013 not just for the business, but for delivering outstanding client outcomes at scale.<\/p>\n

McNish added that he had a lot to learn as he has spent the last decade in a restricted business and now has to \u201cget to grips with what it takes to offer truly independent financial advice in the UK.\u201d<\/p>\n

His aim is for Hoxton Wealth in London to \u201cbecome the go-to firm for internationally minded professionals across the city who are seeking expert financial advice.\u201d<\/p>\n
