As an ex-professional ballet dancer, he\u2019ll know a thing or two about how to keep your body strong and flexible.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"elk-seasonal\" href=\"\" data-url=\"\" target=\"_blank\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"de43bb03-9f57-4d6e-9901-4ccfe44949cd-2\">Hip mobility is something I want to work on as I get older, particularly as I run seated exercise classes for seniors and have seen firsthand how weak hips have led to falls and injuries for many of them.
