A new report has shed light on Vinai Venkatesham\u2019s stance on bringing Fabio Paratici back to Tottenham Hotspur.<\/p>\n

It has emerged over recent days that Paratici remains keen on taking a full-time role as the head of recruitment at Tottenham<\/a>, despite Daniel Levy\u2019s<\/a> exit.<\/p>\n

It was explained that Paratici, who recently accepted a suspended criminal sentence<\/a> due to his alleged involvement in Juventus\u2019 capital gains scandal, had agreed with Levy that he would take up an official role.<\/p>\n

He is now waiting for the new Tottenham leadership to reach out to him, with Vinai Venkatesham<\/a> set to make the final decision on whether to appoint the Italian on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n

TBR Football<\/a> have now claimed that Fabio Paratici has held talks with Venkatesham over returning to Spurs in a full-time role.<\/p>\n

The report suggests that the Tottenham CEO<\/a> has been impressed with the Italian director and is prepared to offer him a permanent role at the club.<\/p>\n

It is explained, however, that Paratici<\/a> remains undecided whether to take up an official role at Spurs<\/a> without Levy calling the shots.<\/p>\n

According to the update, the 53-year-old has been impressed by the new Tottenham CEO since he walked through the door in the summer.<\/p>\n

How is Fabio Paratici\u2019s relationship with Vinai Venkatesham?<\/p>\n

TBR Football also spoke to journalist Graeme Bailey, who revealed that Paratici and Venkatesham get on well together.<\/p>\n

He explained that the Spurs CEO recognises the Italian\u2019s talents in the transfer market and is pushing the Lewis family to appoint him.<\/p>\n

Bailey told TBR Football: \u201cParatici was very close to Daniel Levy and when he left, he was not thinking that he would still possibly return to Spurs but the club have reached out to him \u2013 they know the players he has brought in and Vinai Venkatesham recognises that fact, they know he is one of the best in football at what he does.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut a big part is that Venkatesham and Paratici, during the Levy days, actually get on really well \u2013 they respect each other and Venkatesham feels they could work together very successfully.<\/p>\n

\u201cVenkatesham is pushing to the Lewis Family<\/a> that Paratici knows the squad, he knows what the club needs, he isn\u2019t starting with a blank sheet of paper, and that is a huge advantage. So, whilst far from done, it is a possibility now that Venkatesham has made the first move.\u201d<\/p>\n
