{"id":170230,"date":"2025-09-30T11:06:09","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T11:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/170230\/"},"modified":"2025-09-30T11:06:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T11:06:09","slug":"spilsby-surgery-patients-concerns-over-sudden-closure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/170230\/","title":{"rendered":"Spilsby Surgery patients&#8217; concerns over sudden closure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Mark Dorrans, 57, said: &#8220;I wasn&#8217;t expecting it to close but here we are, so what do we do now?<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;The older people are going to really struggle because they haven&#8217;t got mobile phones and can&#8217;t download the NHS app.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Angela Maddison, 46, also voiced concerns as she watched someone walk away from the front door.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;It&#8217;s the people that haven&#8217;t got Facebook and mobile phones that are going to struggle,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;People say it&#8217;s in a mess but you don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s going to be shut.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Tony Mccullam, 87, had turned up for a review of his tablets, but said he was left feeling &#8220;a bit bewildered&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">His wife, Monica, 83, said: &#8220;You had to wait all the time.
