Shane Mosley<\/a> has summed up former rival Floyd Mayweather<\/a>\u2018s chances against the legendary \u2018Four Kings\u2019 of boxing.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Four Kings\u2019 was made up of Sugar Ray Leonard<\/a>, Marvin Hagler<\/a>, Thomas Hearns<\/a> and Roberto Duran<\/a>, a legendary quartet of fighters that took the sport by storm during the 1980s.<\/p>\n

Each of the four iconic fighters shared the ring with each other on at least one occasion during that golden era<\/a>, producing a number of memorable bouts that are still talked about amongst the boxing community to this very day.<\/p>\n

The debate on how exactly Mayweather would have fared against Leonard, Duran, Hagler and Hearns has been the topic of discussion between fans and analysts alike for many years, especially considering the outstanding ability and credentials of the five-weight world champion from Michigan.<\/p>\n

Speaking on The Art Of Dialogue<\/a>, Mosley, who fought Mayweather back in 2010, admitted that whilst he would give his former rival a good chance of defeating Duran and Hagler, he believes \u2018Money\u2019 would have fallen short to Leonard and Hearns.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow that you say that, now I\u2019m thinking about Duran and the way he fights, yeah I can see it too, you\u2019re right, but I can also see Duran getting inside and doing some stuff but Floyd weren\u2019t gonna fight Duran like that.<\/p>\n

\u201cFloyd would have moved from Duran because Duran is coming at you, Floyd would have got away from Duran, but Tommy and Sugar \u2026 Leonard and Tommy Hearns, it would be a problem.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf Mayweather was big enough could have beat Hagler \u2026 Duran maybe, it would have been a good fight, he would probably beat Duran but Sugar Ray and Tommy, nah.\u201d<\/p>\n
