The project foresees the creation of\u00a0a\u00a0national consortium capable of\u00a0deploying a\u00a0constellation of\u00a0satellites dedicated to\u00a0high-frequency monitoring.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0already have support from the French Ministry of\u00a0Defense, and the next step is\u00a0discussions with investors,\u201d Borovyk added.<\/p>\n The cooperation agreement (Cooperation Agreement) signed with Prom\u00e9th\u00e9e will be\u00a0followed by\u00a0work on\u00a0technical specifications, which will determine the cost structure. Meetings have also been held with Airbus, highlighting the complexity and scale of\u00a0the project.<\/p>\n The Ukrainian Ministry of\u00a0Defense has previously created<\/a> a\u00a0space policy department to\u00a0unify state, private, and academic initiatives in\u00a0this field.
