The Alpine Formula One team have reported a loss of UK\u00a314.6 million (US$19.7 million) for the year ending 31st December 2024.<\/p>\n
It marks a shift after three consecutive years of profit, with the most recent profit recorded at UK\u00a37.8 million (US$10.5 million) in 2023.<\/p>\n
Turnover decreased by UK\u00a311.5 million (US$15.5 million) year-over-year (YoY), dropping to UK\u00a3238.5 million (US$321.9 million) in 2024. This was compounded by a rise in the team\u2019s cost of sales to UK\u00a3194 million (US$261.9 million) and an increase in administrative expenses to UK\u00a356.1 million (US$75.7 million).<\/p>\n

However, this accounts for a combined drop of UK\u00a36.8 million (US$9.2 million) from last year\u2019s profit, leaving an additional UK\u00a315.6 million (US$21.1 million) unaccounted for.<\/p>\n
Alpine cited poor on-track performance in 2023 as a significant contributing factor, with prize money falling by 12.9 per cent. However, at a time when most Formula One teams are experiencing commercial growth, it\u2019s notable that Alpine pointed out their sponsorship revenue remained \u2018broadly consistent\u2019.<\/p>\n
That said, the team secured deals with the likes of H. Moser & Cie, Businessolver, JAAQ, Infinox, Apecoin and Modo Casino last year, alongside renewals with Shamir, Banco BRB and the Venetian Resort Las Vegas.<\/p>\n
