Soon after, they became parents to a baby girl who they named Raha. In a recent interview, Alia opened up on her bonding with Ranbir Kapoor. She also spoke about how is Ranbir and Raha\u2019s bond, recalling the time when her father <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/mahesh-bhatt\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mahesh Bhatt<\/a> first met Ranbir.  Talking about her first conversation with Mahesh Bhatt about Ranbir, Alia said on Twinkle Khanna and Kajol\u2019s show \u2018Too Much\u2019, \u201cMy father and I talked about me being in love once. That was the one and only time we spoke. I told him I\u2019m in love and he said, \u2018I see it in your eyes, my child.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mahesh Bhatt Praises Alia as \u2018Self Made\u2019 Actor; Calls Ranbir \u2018Laid Back\u2019<\/p>\n<p> Recalling Bhatt\u2019s first meeting with Ranbir, Alia said, \u201cHe (Mahesh Bhatt) was once dropping me to Ranbir\u2019s home, and he said, \u2018Call him down. I want to meet him.\u2019 And then Ranbir came down, and he did this to him\u2026 (Alia imitated Mahesh Bhatt by putting her hand on Ranbir\u2019s head and also showed how Ranbir bowed down with his hands folded).\u2019 That was the moment, there was no advice, he just saw it in our eyes and he was really happy for us.\u201d While Alia admitted that Mahesh Bhatt was quite cool about it, Ranbir will not be that way as a father if Raha introduces him to any boy in the future when she grows up. Alia said, \u201cI can\u2019t imagine that happening today with Ranbir and Raha, he will be kicking any boy that comes to the house.\u201d On work front, Ranbir and Alia will be sharing screen space again in Sanjay Leela Bhansali\u2019s \u2018Love And War\u2019.
