Rob Kardashian<\/a> made a surprise appearance in the trailer for the next season of his family’s reality TV<\/a> show The Kardashians.<\/p>\n

The shy star, who has been a recluse for much of his adult life, has not been on the series for eight years.<\/p>\n

The ex-fiance of Blac Chyna<\/a> was spied for a second in a blue cap with a black T-shirt as he looked much like he did a decade ago with no visible changes.<\/p>\n

The sock entrepreneur was greeted by his older sister Khloe Kardashian<\/a> who did not call him Rob but rather his nicknames Bob and then Bobby.<\/p>\n

He spends much of his time co-parenting his daughter Dream that he had with Chyna.<\/p>\n

It has been hinted that he may be living with Khloe inside her massive Hidden Hills, California<\/a> mansion she had built next to her mother Kris Jenner<\/a>‘s home.<\/p>\n

Rob had his time in the spotlight when he was dating Chyna as they had their own spinoff show Rob & Chyna which lasted only one season<\/a> as the feisty lovebirds split in 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rob Kardashian made a surprise appearance in the teaser for the next season of his family’s reality TV show The Kardashians. The shy star, who has been a recluse for most of his adult life, has not been on the series for eight years; Rob and his ex Chyna in 2016\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to a source, Rob (seen with his sisters in 2011) may not be showing his face in public much these days, but that doesn’t mean he’s not involved in the Kardashian business<\/p>\n

A source told Daily Mail that Rob currently serves as the chief financial officer for Kardashian Incorporated and ‘doesn’t need’ any ‘financial assistance’ from his family members<\/a>.<\/p>\n

‘He earns his own living. He is not taken care of, or kept, and does not just expect them to give him money,’ a source told Daily Mail earlier this year. ‘He works for the brand and earns his living.’<\/p>\n

Rob earned a degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business in 2009, and has launched numerous business ventures over the years.<\/p>\n

In 2015, he released his lucrative designer sock company, Arthur George, which is said to be ‘his money-maker.\u2019<\/p>\n

In July Rob appeared on Khloe’s podcast Khloe In Wonder Land. He shared that although he has ‘dated,’ his relationships have never ‘gotten serious’ because his ‘energy is just into Dream,’ on the podcast.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Even during his podcast appearance, Rob retained his privacy by calling into the show rather than appearing in person like previous guests such as Dolly Parton.<\/p>\n

Khloe read out a few fan questions that Rob answered, and when the subject turned to whether he was dating, he replied vaguely: ‘I just talk to people.’<\/p>\n

‘You talk to a lot of people, Rob,’ said Khloe with a smirk. ‘People think \u2013 Rob might be a recluse, but let me tell you, Rob still gets around. It\u2019s wild. I\u2019ve never seen anything like it. Teach me your ways!’<\/p>\n

‘I mean, I\u2019m good at talking to people,’ Rob acknowledged: ‘but also there\u2019s come moments where I\u2019m like: \u201cOkay, I can\u2019t talk to anybody. It\u2019s too much energy.\u201d It\u2019s just too much. I\u2019m talking to too many people. I don\u2019t wanna be like that.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rob, who goes by the nickname Bobby, was seen on screen for the first time in eight years as he looked very much the same with a black T-shirt and blue B cap on<\/p>\n

‘That\u2019s very responsible of you,’ replied Khloe, who shares her own children True, seven, and Tatum, two, with NBA ex Tristan Thompson<\/a>.<\/p>\n

‘But I\u2019ve always been that, since she was a baby. So I\u2019ve been single \u2013 she\u2019s eight years old \u2013 I\u2019ve been single for eight years, since she\u2019s been born,’ said Rob.<\/p>\n

‘And it\u2019s just like yes, of course I\u2019ve dated and stuff, but I\u2019ve never gotten serious or wanted to. My energy is just into Dream,’ he added.<\/p>\n

Rob allowed that ‘I\u2019m probably too strict with that. I probably should have fun and enjoy my life and stuff, but \u2013 I mean, I still have fun and I enjoy my life. I just don\u2019t care to be dating somebody honestly, unless it just happens. It just hasn\u2019t happened.’<\/p>\n

The 38-year-old shares his little girl with his ex-fianc\u00e9e Blac Chyna, with whom he starred on the short-lived reality show Rob & Chyna; Rob and Dream pictured in 2018\u00a0<\/p>\n

In July he shed light on his dating life in an interview with his sister Khloe Kardashian, whom he is pictured with in 2023 in a rare snap\u00a0<\/p>\n

On an episode of The Kardashians in 2023, Khloe described herself as Dream’s ‘third parent’ and confessed that she was not in touch with Chyna; Khloe and Dream are pictured that year\u00a0<\/p>\n

Also in the trailer Rob’s sister Kim Kardashian revealed that someone close to her put a ‘hit’ on her life in a new trailer.<\/a><\/p>\n

Kim said she learned of the ‘hit plot’ through her investigators, adding that it made her family feel ‘on edge’ and ‘terrified.’<\/p>\n

The person who wanted the 44-year-old dead was not revealed but the mother of four was clearly shaken and was seen crying later in the clip.<\/p>\n

Also featuring in the trailer were\u00a0family members Kourtney, Khloe, Kris, Kendall, Kylie and Caitlyn Jenner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Much of the teaser was dominated by Kim’s Paris jewel robbery trial. Mom Kris is seen asking if the Skims founder had to wear so many diamonds to court and Kim defended herself by saying she wanted to be who she is.<\/p>\n

Caitlyn also made an appearance after having not been on the show for a while.\u00a0Scott Disick<\/a>\u00a0pops up too.<\/p>\n

And Khloe and Kourtney appear to be feuding.<\/a>\u00a0‘Kourtney never has anything nice to say these days,’ said Khloe. Kourtney then accused Khloe of being ‘negative’ and said the Good American designer was obsessed with ‘doomscrolling’ on her phone at night.<\/p>\n

Khloe then counters that she only looks at ‘happy’ things on her phone like fashion, dogs and nails.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘This season is a whole different beast,’ said Kim as Kendall added, ‘You better watch out.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kim\u2018s new legal drama series All\u2019s Fair was also highlighted as she was seen with her costars who\u00a0include Glenn Close and Sarah Paulson who were seen drinking martinis at one of the KarJenner mansions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Close said she was ‘already drunk’ on martinis but ‘needed another’ in a comedic moment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The trailer for season seven of The Kardashians debuted on Wednesday. There were several tense moments in the clip which saw Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian as well as Kris, Kendall, Kylie and Caitlyn Jenner star<\/p>\n

One of the scariest parts was the reveal that someone ‘extremely close’ to Kim put a hit out on her life, which she learned through her ‘investigators’<\/p>\n

It made her family feel ‘on edge’ as some were left ‘terrified’<\/p>\n

The actress and law student teared up as she said she was glad the ordeal was ‘over’<\/p>\n

The end of the clip showed the family saying goodbye to their old Hidden Hills, California mansion where they filmed much of Keeping Up With The Kardashians<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kylie and Kendall admitted they snuck boys into the home while Khloe shocked her family by saying she had sex in several rooms.<\/p>\n

The synopsis read: ‘The Kardashian-Jenners are back, and it feels like old times! Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie are diving head-first into the drama, the hustle, and the heart.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The seventh season of The Kardashians begins on Hulu on October 23. New episodes are shown on Thursdays.<\/p>\n
