Sixth in qualifying for the Singapore GP F1<\/a>, Lewis Hamilton<\/a> was quickly congratulated by Charles Leclerc<\/a>, asked about the performance of the Ferraris in the mixed zone. The Monegasque being ranked seventh, he seemed above all not to understand the reason why the Team<\/a> was unable to place himself further up the track, while the weather conditions seemed to be favorable to his team’s performance. For his part, Lewis Hamilton also pointed out that his execution needed to be reviewed despite still visible progress.<\/p>\n

Although the performance of both drivers seemed to represent the maximum potential of their vehicles each time, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton once again did not seem able to match the times set by the drivers Mercedes<\/a> et McLaren<\/a> notably. Fifth, Lando Norris<\/a> has somewhat missed its session, but still places itself ahead of two Ferraris less comfortable than expected in the hottest conditions.<\/p>\n

\u201cSixth is not good, I think we should have been higher than that, but the tire temperatures were crucial today, developed Lewis Hamilton. It’s like this every weekend. It’s going to be tough on Sunday, there’s not much we can do from where we are.”<\/p>\n

Once again reluctant to plan a massive comeback, the Briton will likely attempt an offbeat strategy, as has been the case many times this season.
