A worldwide event that fosters greater appreciation and understanding of Earth\u2019s closest celestial neighbour will be held October 4th at the Harold Town Conservation Area off Old Norwood Road.<\/p>\n

Hosted by the Peterborough Astronomical Association, International Observe The Moon Night will see telescopes and binoculars provided from 8 p.m. on.<\/p>\n

Longtime association member Rick Stankiewicz says the moon is a constant that affects earth in a number of ways, one in particular.<\/p>\n
