Wigan Warriors enjoyed yet another semi-final victory, as they overcame a valiant Leigh Leopards side<\/a> in a display of defensive excellence.<\/p>\n Matt Peet\u2019s<\/a> side are preparing for their 14th Super League Grand Final, having won seven of their previous 13 visits to Old Trafford.<\/p>\n The Warriors have won the trophy for the past two years, and are on track to earn a three-peat, an achievement only ever done twice before.<\/p>\n A man that has been so integral to those past two trophy wins is 2023 Man of Steel winner, Bevan French, who once again has been amongst the best the league has to offer this year, with 34 try contributions in 22 matches.<\/p>\n Despite not being nominated for this year\u2019s Man of Steel<\/a> award, many fans and pundits are in agreement that French has become one of Super League\u2019s best overseas players, having transformed this Wigan side into a dominant force since his arrival part-way through 2019.<\/p>\n Not only does French pick teams apart with his sublime speed and agility, he is able to perform in the big matches, and does so on a consistent basis.
