His most recent outing saw claim a win over Dillian Whyte<\/a> in the first round<\/a>.<\/p>\n It was then announced that Itauma would feature on the same card as British veteran Derek Chisora on December 13 in Manchester<\/a>.<\/p>\n Speculation grew that the pair would meet in the main event on that night, but Chisora had rejected offers to face Itauma in the past.<\/p>\n And now in a fresh update on the bill just before Christmas, Warren revealed that Chisora was initially an option.<\/p>\n He told The Ring: \u201cThere\u2019s no chance as it stands.<\/p>\n “It was explored, yes, but there were no legs in it. In an ideal world we want them both to box on that night.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked who Itauma could instead face, Warren insists work is still ongoing but one fighter even demanded a mammoth $3.5 million for a fight, which was quickly baulked at.<\/p>\n He continued: \u201cNever in all my time in boxing have I had difficulty matching a 20-year-old. Ever.<\/p>\n \u201cBut it\u2019s because of where we are with the heavyweight scene at the moment;\u00a0Oleksandr Usyk<\/a>\u00a0holds all four belts and nobody is sure what he\u2019s going to do.<\/p>\n \u201cIs he going to defend?
