Konrad Hurrell has posted an emotional farewell to St Helens after seeing his contract come to an end at the Totally Wicked Stadium.<\/p>\n

Hurrell has spent four seasons with the Saints, with the centre making 64 appearances and scoring 26 tries along the way. During that time, he won the Super League Grand Final and the World Club Challenge, with the latter being the last trophy Saints won, back in 2023.<\/p>\n

This year has been a challenging one for the Tongan, with his sole appearance in a St Helens shirt coming against West Hull in the Challenge Cup in February. As such, his only game time since has come on loan at Halifax Panthers, Swinton Lions and Bradford Bulls.<\/p>\n

He was de-registered back in August to make way for the arrival of Salford Red Devils loanee Shane Wright, and it was announced last month that he would spend the 2025-26 season with French outfit Lezignan.<\/a><\/p>\n

And, in a message posted on Instagram, Hurrell has officially said goodbye to St Helens and Merseyside.<\/p>\n
