Lisa Armstrong<\/a> has put her fire-ravaged former marital home she used to share with ex Ant McPartlin<\/a> back on the market for \u00a33.4million.<\/p>\n

The makeup artist, 48, ‘just wants to get shot of it’ according to friends, even though she will take a financial hit.<\/p>\n

Before the September 2023 fire, the lavish five-bed west London property located on an exclusive street in Chiswick<\/a> was worth in the region of \u00a37-\u00a38million, but the damage caused by the inferno means she’s had to sell the house for significantly less.<\/p>\n

Lisa initially put the house up for sale in May 2024 for \u00a34million, but took it off the market in January having slashed the asking price by \u00a3250,000.<\/p>\n

But eight months later, it’s now been listed for sale once again and potential buyers will have a restoration job on their hands, given many of the rooms still show signs of the fire damage.<\/p>\n

A friend said: ‘Lisa just wants to house off her hands now, she wants shot of it.<\/p>\n

‘Apart from her dog Hurley, the house is the only thing linking her to Ant now and she feels it’s time to let go, even though it means she will take a hit in the pocket.’<\/p>\n

Lisa took the house off the market in January as she was fed up with receiving low ball offers according to insiders, as well as ‘nosey’ parties who just want to take a look around the place with no real interest in buying.<\/p>\n

But she’s confident this time it will sell for a price she thinks is more than fair.<\/p>\n

The pal added: ‘Lisa had loads of derisory offers, some of them were actually quite insulting and many people were simply put off by the fire damage.<\/p>\n

‘But it’s in such a desired location, some houses in the same street are going for big money, so it’s still an attractive property to purchase.<\/p>\n

‘At its new price, she’s confident of selling the house this time.’<\/p>\n

The photos attached show off the spacious pad and garden, which is adorned with trees and decking, as well as the fire damaged walls and floors in some of the rooms.<\/p>\n

Lisa had rented out those house to a family of six, and their nanny first spotted smoke coming from the first floor bedroom.<\/p>\n

The only people in the house at the time are thought to have been the nanny and the cleaner \u2013 and the blaze is believed to have been electrical, reports reports at the time.<\/p>\n

Lisa told the Daily Mail that nobody had been injured in the inferno which led to next door neighbours fleeing from their homes.<\/p>\n

But residents told how the blaze had claimed the life of a pet cat belonging to a family who are renting the property.<\/p>\n

The divorced couple, who split in 2018, bought the house, for \u00a32.3million in 2006.<\/p>\n
