\n Laurel Place is the company\u2019s fourth care home in the North East.\n<\/p>\n
\n It supports adults with complex needs resulting from dementia, neuro-disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.\n<\/p>\n
\n The home includes 32 large bedrooms and six single-occupancy apartments, each with an ensuite wet room.\n<\/p>\n
\n The layout is divided into three communities to create a ‘homely, supportive environment’.\n<\/p>\n
\n Additional facilities include communal dining and living spaces, sensory bathrooms, a beauty salon, sensory and therapy rooms, an activities hub, and a visitor suite.\n<\/p>\n
\n Residents will receive both clinical and holistic support from a compassionate, skilled team focused on maximising independence and quality of life.\n<\/p>\n
\n Luke Skelton, home manager at Laurel Place, said: “I\u2019m passionate about creating an inclusive, empowering environment where individuals can thrive.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We want Laurel Place to feel like home, a place where people can be themselves, enjoy their independence, and live life to the fullest.\n<\/p>\n
