The rematch between Conor Benn<\/a> and Chris Eubank Jr.<\/a> is now around a month away and former world champion George Groves has offered his prediction.<\/p>\n

This is one of Britain\u2019s most talked-about boxing rivalries, and it has roots that go back a generation to their fathers, who fought back in the 1990s.<\/p>\n

It was back in April that these fighting sons came together<\/a> after plenty of heated buildup spanning more than two years. Eubank was the man who had his hand raised at the end of 12 hard, engaging rounds, which many claimed was the fight of the year.<\/p>\n

Eubank\u2019s natural size advantage seemed to be a big factor, and he will take that into the rematch once more as Benn competes at middleweight, while Eubank will also again be hampered by a rehydration clause on the morning of the fight.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Poker Strategy<\/a>, former super-middleweight world champion Groves predicted a KO win for Benn, having previously beaten Eubank when they fought back in 2018.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think Conor Benn beats him. Might stop him. He caught him early-ish in that first fight but he couldn\u2019t capitalise. He\u2019s gotta make some major adjustments, Benn. He can\u2019t fight the same as did the first time. He\u2019s 28 years old now. He\u2019s mature. He\u2019s probably in his physical peak. If he gets his boxing style tactics spot on, he beats Eubank and beats him quite comfortably.\u201d<\/p>\n
