A sedentary lifestyle, including lots of sitting, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/live-well\/exercise\/why-sitting-too-much-is-bad-for-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" role=\"link\" class=\" js-entry-link cet-external-link\" data-vars-item-name=\"is linked to\" data-vars-item-type=\"text\" data-vars-unit-name=\"68e8dba5e4b0972b775980dd\" data-vars-unit-type=\"buzz_body\" data-vars-target-content-id=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/live-well\/exercise\/why-sitting-too-much-is-bad-for-us\/\" data-vars-target-content-type=\"url\" data-vars-type=\"web_external_link\" data-vars-subunit-name=\"article_body\" data-vars-subunit-type=\"component\" data-vars-position-in-subunit=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">is linked to<\/a> type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and even early death.<\/p>\n<p>So when Joanna Dase, a global fitness expert at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curves.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" role=\"link\" class=\" js-entry-link cet-external-link\" data-vars-item-name=\"Curves\" data-vars-item-type=\"text\" data-vars-unit-name=\"68e8dba5e4b0972b775980dd\" data-vars-unit-type=\"buzz_body\" data-vars-target-content-id=\"https:\/\/www.curves.eu\/en\/\" data-vars-target-content-type=\"url\" data-vars-type=\"web_external_link\" data-vars-subunit-name=\"article_body\" data-vars-subunit-type=\"component\" data-vars-position-in-subunit=\"2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Curves<\/a>, shared how she\u2019d reccomend undoing the damage from not moving much in the day, we listened. <\/p>\n<p>1) Stretch your hip flexors <\/p>\n<p>Get knee and ankle aches?
