National Highways said at the time: &#8220;The M60 in Greater Manchester is closed clockwise between J15 (M61) and J16 (Swinton), due to a serious collision involving a car and motorbike.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Greater Manchester Police will be carrying out collision investigation work, therefore the road is expected to be closed for several hours.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, in an update this morning, National Highways said all lanes have now reopened on the M60 clockwise between J15 (M61) and J16 (Kearsley) following the incident.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The link road from <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/hashtag\/M61?src=hashtag_click\" rel=\"nofollow\">#M61<\/a> J1 to M60 J15 clockwise has also reopened,&#8221; it added.<\/p>\n<p>THIS LIVE BLOG IS NOW CLOSED.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The M60 motorway was closed after a crash between a motorbike and a car on Sunday evening.
