{"id":197090,"date":"2025-10-13T13:02:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T13:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/197090\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T13:02:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T13:02:09","slug":"white-rabbit-adds-gluten-free-chilled-pasta-trio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/197090\/","title":{"rendered":"White Rabbit adds gluten-free chilled pasta trio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"picture\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"3146 White Rabbit Pizza Launch Shoot 2407256574-Edit-min\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/373737_3146whiterabbitpizzalaunchshoot2407256574editmin_567604.jpg\"   loading=\"eager\" class=\"lazyloaded\" width=\"8192\" height=\"5464\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Gluten-free Italian food brand White Rabbit has added a trio of new chilled <a class=\"intextlink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thegrocer.co.uk\/rice-pasta-and-noodles\/1646.subject\" rel=\"intextlink_3 nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pasta<\/a> dishes.<\/p>\n<p>Aubergine Parmigiana, Butternut Squash &amp; Provola and Prosciutto Ham &amp; Mozzarella (rsp: \u00a33.75\/250g) are made in Italy and are cut in a girasoli pasta shape.<\/p>\n<p>The pastas would \u201cbring more foodie flavours to the gluten-free category and emulate the main fixture experience\u201d, said White Rabbit.<\/p>\n<p>They were made from \u201chigh-quality ingredients\u201d including the addition of fresh <a class=\"intextlink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thegrocer.co.uk\/eggs-and-poultry\/141.subject\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"intextlink_1 nofollow noopener\">egg<\/a> into the pasta dough for Butternut Squash &amp; Provola and Prosciutto Ham &amp; Mozzarella.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to their shape, they boasted \u201ca bigger surface area and more bite\u201d than other pastas, the brand claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Aubergine Parmigiana and Butternut Squash &amp; Provola will land in <a class=\"intextlink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thegrocer.co.uk\/sainsburys\/156.subject\" rel=\"intextlink_4 nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sainsbury\u2019s<\/a> and <a class=\"intextlink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thegrocer.co.uk\/ocado\/128.subject\" rel=\"intextlink_2 nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ocado<\/a> on 18 October, with Mozzarella &amp; Prosciutto also launching in Sainsbury\u2019s from 8 November.
