Bandai Namco has released the first full-length gameplay trailer for Madagascan newcomer Miary Zo in Tekken 8<\/a>, who will launch first for Season 2 Character Pass owners on 1st December.<\/p>\n

Everyone else will get access to the character from 4th December.<\/p>\n

As seems fitting for someone from Madagascar, a lot of Miary\u2019s moves are inspired by wildlife. The gameplay trailer actually starts relatively tame, but it\u2019s not long before she\u2019s summoning a magical hydra on her arm.<\/p>\n

Other interesting mechanics glimpsed in the trailer include the ability to wall-jump off the boundaries of the stage, creating new combo opportunities.<\/p>\n

The character\u2019s fighting style is inspired by Moraingy<\/a>, which actually is a real-life Madagascan form of martial arts. Other African influences have been incorporated here, too.<\/p>\n

The newcomer will be accompanied by a fresh stage named Baobab Horizon, which features a setting sun and a watering hole in the background.<\/p>\n

\"Tekken<\/a>\"Tekken<\/a><\/p>\n

Personally, we\u2019re not all that inspired by Miary\u2019s design \u2013 she\u2019s your typical busty female fighting game character. But her move set does look quite interesting, and we\u2019re sure she\u2019ll be fun to play.<\/p>\n

This of course concludes the Season 2 Character Pass, which, honestly, has attracted a mixed response outside of Armor King<\/a>.<\/p>\n
